Rue du Tapis Vert

A series of knit and assembled textiles from cloth discards. Inspired by the history of my ancestors displacement from historic Armenia,
the textiles are chunky, thick, colorful, pastische like, reminiscent of the heavy handmade quilts of my grandmother. 2020-2022
